Step 3: Send a Message to TABIBIYORI
Search for our official account, “TABIBIYORI,” and send us a message containing the following booking details:
Required Booking Information:
・Full Name (for reservation):
・Number of Participants(Adults / Children):
・Ages of Participants:
・Preferred Tour Date(YYYY/MM/DD):
・Chosen Tour(e.g., “Nakameguro Hayaoki Tour”):
・Preferred Start Time (Japan Standard Time – JST):

Payment Method: Please note that we currently accept cash payments only, to be made on the day of the tour.

✅ Booking Confirmation and Important Information

After we receive your booking details via DM, we will:

1. Send a Confirmation Message: We will verify your booking details, check availability, and provide further instructions.
2. Confirm Your Reservation: Once we receive your confirmation, your booking will be finalized.
3. Provide Tour Details: We will send you information regarding the meeting point, time, and any other relevant details prior to the tour date.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or amend your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your tour. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable and non-amendable.

Late Arrivals and No-Shows: Please arrive at the meeting point by your scheduled reservation time. Late arrivals or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the tour without a refund, as per our policy.
