• This is a group tour.

  Shinjuku Station is the biggest and busiest train station in the world, making it complicated and at times confusing to navigate with many train lines, gates, and exits. So, please be sure to arrive at the station with plenty of time to spare.

  We will leave sharp at the start time, so please be on time!

  We kindly request that individuals who may be intoxicated to refrain from participating.

  This tour is for foreign visitors to Japan, so we kindly ask Japanese individuals not to participate.

  Please come with comfortable walking shoes as this tour has a lot of walking.

  The tour may finish later than scheduled, so if you have an appointment or plans right after this tour, please let us know in advance.

  Minimum number of people per tour group is 2 people. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough participants.

  Guests will be informed of a cancellation 7 days before the tour. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered a full refund.

  The minimum drinking age is 20 years of age in Japan. We will prepare alternative drinks for participants under 20.

  All payments must be made in full before the tour.

  Children between the ages of 4-12 years old are considered a child; the price for a child is 70% that of an adult

  Children under 3 years old are free, but food is not included.

Cancel policy

• Full refund 8 days prior to your tour, excluding a 5% transaction fee.

• * Must be made 8 full days prior to 12:00 AM (JST) the day your tour is scheduled. For example, if your tour is scheduled for Friday, cancel 1 week before Thursday at midnight (the previous Friday at 12:00 AM in the tour’s timezone) for a full refund minus a 5% transaction fee.

• If you cancel within 7 days, our cancellation charges (incl.5% transaction fee) are as follows:

• ・8 days or more days prior:5%

  ・4-7 days prior:15%

  ・3 days prior:25%

  ・2 days prior:35%

  ・the day prior:55%

  ・On the day of the tour: 100%

  Amazing tour. It’s nice to see hidden gems like this. I feel like I would have missed this on my own. The food was great. We tried many different things and Hiro, our guide, was very nice.
